About this position:

Dwellful is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for a driven, hard-working individual who will thrive in a startup environment. You’ll be an integral part of helping Dwellful grow by nurturing existing leads, closing deals, and generating revenue.  The selected candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize and incorporate both customer service and retention into the overall consumer experience. This person acts as the customer advocate to ensure timely and positive outcomes.  This is a critical role that will help ensure Dwellful is successful in its next phase of growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with new and existing leads and customers
  • Communicate with leads and customers on a regular basis via call, text, and email
  • Present Dwelful’s value proposition to leads
  • Ensure a successful “handshake” takes place between buyers/sellers and agents to create “stickiness”
  • Manage and report on lead and sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with customer support, partnership, and development teams
  • Implement new sales strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with our backend referral brokerage to facilitate communication as needed between agents and buyers/sellers
  • Have a direct and immediate impact on the success of Dwellful
  • Perform other duties as needed

  • You have 2+ years experience in an inside sales role or as a real estate agent
  • You're comfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target-driven environment
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You're experienced working with call centers
  • You're interested in customer service and support
  • You have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results
  • You are detail-oriented and precise
  • You have excellent oral and written communications skills
  • You have a growth mindset -you're ready to take on a role in an early-stage startup and grow with the company
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (i.e HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
