Your Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven, hard-working individual who will thrive in a startup environment. You’ll be an integral part of helping Dwellful grow its agent network and ensuring that existing broker partners are operating successfully on the Dwellful platform and working with our customers accordingly. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize and incorporate agent onboarding, training, and retention in order to provide our customers with a great experience. This is a critical role that will help ensure Dwellful is successful in its next phase of growth.

Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000 annual base salary

You are excited to build relationships and empower home buyers to invest in their future by finding the right home with the right realtor. You are growth minded with strong communication skills and enjoy overcoming challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with Dwellful’s network of real estate brokerages across the US
  • Communicate with brokers and agents on a regular basis via call, text, and email
  • Implement new sales strategies and tactics to increase broker adoption and engagement
  • Onboard and train brokerages as needed on use of the Dwellful platform
  • Ensure brokerages are adhering to Dwellful SLA’s
  • Drive broker adoption of Dwellful CRM system
  • Sign up new brokers and agents to the Dwellful network
  • Collaborate with customer support, partnership, and development teams
  • Become a Dwellful evangelist to the real estate agent community
  • Have a direct and immediate impact on the success of Dwellful

Skills You Have

  • 4-5 years experience in a business development role or as a real estate agent
  • Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and precise
  • Entrepreneurial, works well in agile environments
  • Growth mindset - someone who is ready to take on a role in an early-stage startup and grow with the company
  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Real estate or start up experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
